About Louis

Louis Chabrier is known for his ability to help employers understand retirement plans and other benefits for employees. He creates and implements group retirement solutions for organizations and provides plan design recommendations, due diligence, ongoing fiduciary oversight and total plan cost analysis. Louis is also the point of contact for plan participants and provides plan education and assistance with asset allocation and strategies and service needs.

“When a client comes to us with a roadblock, I get excited when we can provide a solution to help them grow their business. Or when individuals come with their finances and ask ‘when am I going to retire?’ We can provide that roadmap and those investments to help them reach their goals.”

Before joining Henry+Horne Wealth Management, Louis worked in human resources and benefits for 12 years. He also worked with plan providers and organization leaders to create and implement cost-effective benefits and compensation strategies in the semi-conductor industry.

When he’s not working, you can find Louis spending time with his family, swimming, at the gym doing CrossFit or hiking.
